Return Policy

Returns:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
    • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
    • Clubs, golf balls, apparel, and accessories that have been used, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Personalized or custom-ordered products.
    • Gift cards.
    • Clearance or sale items.
    • Change of mind purchases are not eligible for a refund.
  3. Refunds & Store Credit:
    • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you will receive a store credit for the full value of the product.
    • Store credit can be used for future purchases at our store.
    • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
  4. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@thegolffactory.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  5. Exchanges:
    • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for free return shipping and send you a replacement or process a full refund.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a warranty claim or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
